Banana‑Nut Brawn Blend
1 banana
1.5 cups milk of choice (e.g., nut milk)
¼ cup peanut butter powder
3 Tbsp protein powder
1 scoop Cofactor
1 Tbsp sweetener of choice, such as honey or agave
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Leafy Lift Collagen Cooler
1 scoop Cofactor
1 cup Greek yogurt
1-2 cups frozen spinach or kale
1 banana
1 Tbsp almond butter (or other preferred nut butter)
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Splash of vanilla extract
1-2 dates (optional, to your desired sweetness)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Mighty Oats
Follow instructions to make your favorite stovetop oatmeal.
When your oatmeal is nearly ready, mix in 1 scoop of Cofactor, cinnamon and honey to taste, and ½ cup blueberries or other fresh berries.
